	Introduction
Star Rating: The hotel is a privately-run comfort hotel. It has 29 single rooms, 39 double rooms and 12 small flats in our separate apartement - house. Non - smoking rooms are available and a lift is selfevident. The hotel has a very good tram connection to the Altstadt.

You drive 2 km (10 min.) straight the Großenhainer Straße to our hotel. It is on the left side. Train: You're leaving your train at train station "Bahnhof Neustadt" and take tram no. 3 to our hotel (in direction to "Wilder Mann"). You go 1,5 km by tram (8 min.) to our hotel. Airport: You take the airport train to "Bahnhof Neustadt". There you go by tram no. 3 to our hotel. With the taxi or the car there are 7 km to the hotel.   Check-in Time 12:00 PM Important - If you plan to arrive more than 6 hours prior to this check-in time, you will need to book the night prior to the date of arrival as the hotel is not able to organise check-in at such an early hour.   Check-out Time 12:00 PM   Car Parking outdoor car parking behind the hotel - free of charge   Child Policy children till the age of 12 are free of charge in parents room
